Mode: built-in image editing. The first original cottage is the edit target; the previous cottage is a dog-only reference.

Use case: precise-object-edit.
Image 1 is the ORIGINAL cottage artwork and the EDIT TARGET. Keep its original elderly wizard EXACTLY as shown: same kindly face, long flowing white beard, expression, long hair, hood, green-and-gold robe, hands and seated pose. This is the wizard the user wants restored. Do not use the man's short-bearded face from image 2.
Image 2 is a supporting reference for the sleeping black-and-tan dog ONLY; its face modification to the wizard must be ignored.
Change only the small cat by the fireplace in image 1: replace that cat with the same black-and-tan dog seen in image 2, sleeping peacefully with eyes closed on the rug beside the hearth, but now correctly sized as a SMALL miniature-pinscher-sized dog, about 5 kg / 11 lb, roughly HALF the linear width and height of the oversized dog in image 2. Keep the dog's recognizable warm brown muzzle, brown legs, dark black back, floppy ears, subtle white chest patch and fur markings; do not replace it with a different dog or alter its ears. Place the small dog on the hearth rug just to the right of the ledger table around the original cat's position. Make its body compact, petite paws, tiny sleeping footprint appropriate to the scale of the adult wizard, chair, and hearth. Head rests naturally on its paws or rug.
Preserve the rest of image 1 as closely as possible: exact wide framing and cottage layout, wizard face and long beard, owl, window, shelves, fireplace, fire, table, ledger, quill, coins, gems, scales, lighting, materials and colors. No cat remains. No new objects, people, lettering, labels, borders or interface. Keep the original wide aspect ratio and image quality.
